General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including website development, migration, and after-service support. By placing an order with NextLaunchSolution, you are agreeing to these terms.
Service Scope
NextLaunchSolution provides the following services:
Website Development: We offer custom website development, from starter packages to fully tailored designs.
After-Service Payments: After the initial development phase, clients may request additional services or modifications, subject to additional payments as per the agreed terms.
Website Migration: Upon approval of the design, we migrate the website from our domain to the client’s preferred domain upon payment confirmation.
Starter Package
Our Starter Package includes:
Full website development hosted on our domain for preview.
A limited time for feedback and revisions.
Once the client approves the design, migration to their domain is initiated.
The client must make payment for the final website before the migration to their domain can begin.
Payment Terms
Manual Payments: Payments for website development services are to be made manually through the payment methods provided on the website.
Payment for Development: After the design is approved by the client, the full payment must be made before migration to the client’s domain is completed.
After-Service Payments: Additional services such as website modifications, bug fixes, or ongoing support are charged separately.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the website development process is completed efficiently.
- Approve the design before migration to their own domain.
Ownership Rights
Website Design Ownership: The ownership of the website design belongs to NextLaunchSolution until the client has made full payment. Once full payment is made, ownership of the website design and content is transferred to the client.
Content Ownership: The client must ensure they have the right to use all content provided to us, including text, images, and logos.
Client’s Domain Migration
After payment and approval, the website will be migrated from our domain to the client’s domain.
NextLaunchSolution is not responsible for any downtime, issues, or performance changes related to the client’s domain after migration.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for completed work. However, clients may request modifications or additional services as part of the after-service agreement.
Limitations of Liability
NextLaunchSolution is not responsible for:
Loss of data during website migration.
Any issues arising from third-party services used in the development or migration process.
Any issues caused by the client’s domain provider or hosting environment.
Privacy and Data Security
We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled securely. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
Amendments
NextLaunchSolution reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through updates on this page.
